The Art of Meditation
Meditation is probably the hardest thing you could do. Yet it is also one of the most beneficial too, and this is across the board, no matter what your career, life goals or even day to day needs & wants...
If you are a living, breathing being that is able to read and understand this, meditation will benefit you.
There are many different types of meditation; most of them:
Taking anything from a couple of minutes to an hour a day to focus on an aspect of ourselves that is normally left unconscious (like the breath), or even something external to us that is fairly consistant in its nature (like a candle flame) can transform lives.
Personally I am a fan of Vipassana meditation, which involves scanning the body for sensations, and observing change. And I beleive that acheiving an actual state of meditation is in its essence becoming aware, knowing without motive or attachment...
For those that meditate regularly, amazing things are possible...
