Meditation Space
Every Tuesday Morning
East Finchley, London N2

I have opened my therapy room as a meditation space each Tuesday Morning from 9am - 11am.

If you would like to join in the group meditation, please contact me at the latest by the Monday night before, to let me know.

The type of meditation I practice is either Anupana or Vipasanna, however you are welcome to practice whatever works for you.

We will sit for an hour in silence and share fruit salad after the meditation.

Why am I doing this?...

Sitting with a group of people creates a stronger energy, and allows us to be with greater intensity. When I sit (& meditate) on my own, I often cannot sit for such long periods and therefore cannot discover nearly as much about myself...
