Learn to Fly!
A Private Flying Session (PFS) is great if you want a real experience of letting go!
Many forms of bodywork will help bring on a sense of release and rejeuvination, but a PFS will facilitate much more. The reason for this is that to really let go we must relinquish control, and to let someone fly us we must do the same.
This can be a very scary place to go, but it is actually a very safe place and the rewards are amazing!
I have many years experience of flying people, and have flown wheelchair bound people as well as people much heavier than me. The sense of release amazing as I can massage you while you are flying.
For those who want to work on building the basics of acrobatic flying, this too is possible. For higher level acrobatic balancing, it is best to train in a well equipped venue.

Another great reason for a PFS is if you would like specific one to one attention for your basing skills. When we are learning our new AcroYoga skills, it can sometimes be difficult to know what we are trying to do. Working with an experienced flyer will help you Feel what you are supposed to much much quicker.
